Mike Bowers, Owner, originally from Greensboro, North Carolina has his degree in architecture and has spent his career in the commercial construction field, supply chain management, and job site inspections. His unique critical eye to details provides an advantage when it comes to property inspections and understanding the needs of his Clients. Mike understands subcontractors, building systems, appliances, and everything in between. Mike has owned property in Myrtle Beach for over thirty years and calls the area his home.
D. Neal Leeper, Owner, Broker-In-Charge (LIC#112672) originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, has spent his career in commercial and residential real estate. Neal maintains two successful companies in Greensboro, North Carolina – Marathon Property Solutions, LLC (residential property management) and Marathon Moving Company, Inc. (full service moving company). His experience in property management combined with his ownership of a second home and multiple vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach, provide an unique insight in the needs of self-managed or second home property owners.
